An ace drummer and a smashing DJ in a disused warehouse in Bremen - needless to say, an offer we just couldn't refuse. So with our van loaded to the gunwales with tech and toys, we set off to present the duo in the proper light. We'd like to proudly present the outcome: CORE TV's first music video production.

Video: Alabama Shakes - Hold On
Soul is back. But instead of the tacky stuff that's played in the charts, it's genuine handcrafted music right from the artist's heart. Alabama Shakes are based in that very city while Brittany Howard's voice truly makes it hard to keep sitting still.

Chapel Song - We Are Augustines
Making this song turned out to be a tough job for "We Are Augustines".
Recorded under the band's former name "Pela", the album got canned as the band wasn't satisfied with the outcome. After the re-recording, the disputes went on between the band members and the label. In fact it was so bad that it lead to breaking up the band.
Looking back to all of this, we're glad to see they somehow overcame the difficulties, reformed under a new name and brought us this wonderful song.

CORE TV is a music broadcast off mainstream.
Or in other words CORE TV is Eiko, Helmut, Juli, Henni, Rike and their VW bus - six music lovers who couldn’t stand the fact there is no good music tv, so they decided to take up their own format. About four years ago they started more or less willy-nilly, found a great way to pursue their own interest in good music and share it with other people. What started out small is by now a grown broadcast with more than 40 productions and regular tv appearances in cities like Berlin, Hamburg and Bremen.
You wanna know why every month the four work their butts off for free beside work? To be honest: when did you get to see music videos on music television last time? Right! Additionally, it’s so much fun being close to music, catching bands’ spirit and carrying it into the world.
